Join us on this two-day escapade into the heart of the Space Coast, where adventure and dual sport riders from all corners will converge for an unforgettable weekend. Saturday Adventure Ride

Embark on a breathtaking 150-mile journey (paved & gravel), exploring the hidden gems and picturesque landscapes that the Space Coast has to offer. Wind your way through scenic routes & designated poker run photo spots to capture the moment and the beauty of the region, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Support Apollo Club Member Kolton Mann’s battle against cancer by adding optional Saturday Poker Run Card hands to your cart for $20.00 each. Your contribution helps Kolton and his family during this challenging time and gives you a chance to win big!

Sunday Ride

Brace yourself for a thrilling adventure as we switch gears to a technical single track loop, providing the ultimate challenge for seasoned riders and an opportunity for beginners to test their skills. This day is not just about conquering trails; it’s about pushing boundaries and reveling in the joy of off-road exploration.

New Skills Park at the Outback

Test your skills at our brand-new motorcycle skills park, specially designed to cater to riders of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned pro looking to finesse your technique or a novice eager to develop your off-road prowess, our skills park offers an exciting playground for everyone. The Wild Bear Adventure Ride isn’t just an event; it’s a celebration of the off-road adventure / dual sport rider community coming together to share a passion for adventure, nature, and the thrill of the ride. Gear up for the ride of a lifetime – where the trails meet the triumphs, and the adventure never ends.

Friday

Gates Open: 2:00 pm

Campers are welcome to set up their tents and RV’s and get settled in for a weekend of excitement.

Saturday

Breakfast by the Club: 8:00 am

Start your day with a hearty breakfast prepared by our dedicated club members. It’s the perfect fuel for the adventure ahead.

Riders Meeting: 8:30 am

Get ready for a day of exploration! Join us for a riders meeting to go over safety guidelines and the day’s itinerary.

Adventure Ride Departure: 9:00 am

Embark on a breathtaking 150-mile journey, exploring paved and gravel routes through the hidden gems and picturesque landscapes of the Space Coast.

Dinner by the Club: Evening

After a day of exploration, wind down with a delicious dinner provided by the club. Share stories and experiences with your fellow adventurers.

Sunday

Breakfast by the Club: 8:00 am

Enjoy another scrumptious breakfast to kick start your Sunday morning.

Trail Opening: 9:00 am

The trails open for another day of excitement. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or a novice, there’s something for everyone.

Campsite Checkout: 4:00 pm

All campers are kindly requested to pack up and vacate the premises by 4:00 pm on Sunday.

Important Information

Please ensure that you have all necessary camping gear for a comfortable stay.

Riders must adhere to safety guidelines and regulations provided during the riders meeting.

It is a legal requirement that only street legal motorcycles, meeting all necessary safety and regulatory standards, are allowed for this event.

Refund Policy – No Refund

You can sell your spot, but will have to notify Apollo Motorcycle Club in writing of the person’s name, address, etc., so we can update our records
Replacement Riders Are Not Accepted Without Prior Apollo Motorcycle Club Approval.
